An 8 year old Labrador Retriever was presented due to lethargy, lameness, and general swelling of both front legs.

There is a relatively uniform, weavy and continoous periosteal reaction without cortical destruction. The other limb sould be radiographed for comparison (bilateral same lesions?).
Hypertrophic osteoarthropathy, osteomyelitis,angiopathy, tumor(less likely or at the initial phase).
Knowing haematological profil would be of value
