Unstructured localised interstitial pattern in the lt caudal lung lobe with overall increased opacity of the lt lung lobes. Bronchial pattern as well.

DD: Foreign body,embolism,edema,broncopneumonia,hemorrhage,parasites

There is an interstitial pattern, as Venizelos Leventogiannis has described, and this is due to an aspiration pneumonia.
The cause of that can be identified in the radiographs, and it is clearer on the lateral view. Can you see it? I will post the answer in a few days
