There is loss of serosal details in the mid abdomen, best seen on the lateral view. On the ultrasound part of the small intestine looks very distended, and some of the intestinal content is casting an acoustic shadow. I am guessing peritonitis due to SI perforation? (sharp foreign body??)

Stomach is not on its normal position or axis, distended and filled with gas.small intestine are displaced caudally due to distended stomach. This mostly is GDV, otherwise duedenal FB or mass still need to be ruled out.

The stomach is distended but the pylorus is in it's normal location, therefore this is not a GDV. The answer is now available

Intestinal rupture could be suspected right away on the radiographs with a fairly mottled appearance of the peritoneum and marked loss of contrast and evidence of free gas such as just caudal and lateral to the gastric fundus medial to the left rib cage.
