This case is a great example of the typical findings in cases of CCLR (cranial cruciate ligament rupture).
There is joint effusion (red arrows) which is causing a partial obliteration of the infrapatellar fat pad and caudal displacement of the joint capsule.
Degenerative changes are seen as osteophytes on the distal border of the patella, and on the tibial plateau at the site of the attachment of the cranial cruciate ligament.
