Interpretation:
The cardiac silhouette and pulmonary vasculature are normal. The esophagus is dilated with gas, which is consistent with megaesophagus.
There is a lobar line noted overlying the heart on the lateral view.
There are interstitial infiltrates in the caudal subsegment of the left cranial lung lobe as well as the ventral aspect of the left caudal lung lobe. 

 Conclusions:
 Megaesophagus.
Interstitial infiltrates in the ventral aspect of the caudal subsegment of the left cranial as well as the left caudal lung lobes consistent with aspiration pneumonia
.

Diagnosis:

Idiopathic megaesophagus (reasons like hypothyroidism and myesthenia gravis were ruled out).
Aspiration pneumonia
