Interpretation:
There is a well-circumscribed mass effect visible in the left caudodorsal lung field to the hilus of the left caudal lung lobe.
There are small fluid opacity nodules in the ventral lung fields and at the dorsal aspect of the above-described lesion, suggestive of pulmonary metastatic neoplasia.
Diagnosis:
Pulmonary adenocarcimoma
