Abdominal radiographs:
The stomach is moderately distended with gas and fluid . The small intestines are fluid and gas-filled but are not overly distended. There is a mild to moderate loss of serosal details.  This can indicate peritoneal effusion.

Abdominal ultrasound:
The images presented are of the small intestines  which are mildly fluid filled with thickened walls and contain a very hyperechoic structure with strong distal acoustic shadowing consistent with a foreign body.
Another finding (images not presented) was mild peritoneal effusion.

Diagnosis:
Small intestinal foreign body (sharp bone), perforation, peritonitis.
