12 year old spayed female Golden Retriever.
Vomiting off and on for a week now. No fever, mild cranial abdomen pain, Bloodwork WNL.

findings:
The cardiovascular structures are within normal limits.
There are patchy alveolar infiltrates most prominent in the right middle lung lobe and the caudal subsegment of the left cranial lobe. There is a small amount of free pleural fluid. 
The abdomen is normal.
There is multifocal mild intervertebral disk space narrowing with associated spondylosis deformans, including the LS junction.

Differential diagnoses:
Aspiration pneumonia (though the pleural effusion is atypical but may be attributed to pleuritis)
neoplasia
chylous effusion
hemorrhage

Diagnosis:
Thoracocentesis demonstrated a neoplastic effusion suggestive of carcinoma
